Come out and see Justin Clark and his Tranzient Ensemble (trombone/violin/doublebass/vibraphone/drums) play an ecclectic set of jazz/rock/classical music.
Afterwards rock out with Run the Meat, Pittsburgh's own dirtiest hard-funk brass band.

The Tranzient Ensemble was founded in 2012 by trombonist Justin Clark with classically trained musicians who have a wide background of musical experience. Their music is a mix of contemporary classical, jazz, rock, and other styles, hence the name Tranzient (transitory/transition). Brash, loud shouts from the trombone, lyrical violin passages, chord clusters on the marimba, alongside a driving bass and drums characterize a typical set. They have two releases, Permanent Transience (Neuklang Records 2012) and Moonlit (digital self release, 2018)
